The short version: today, the only personal data HAIQ holds is the design-partner waitlist. This site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, trackers or third-party scripts.

What we hold today

If you join the design-partner waitlist, we store exactly these fields:

  • your name, work email, company and role;
  • roughly how many technical hires you make a month (a range);
  • which agent tools your team uses;
  • the time you gave consent.

We do not store your IP address. To stop abuse of the form, we keep a salted, one-way hash of it in server memory for a few minutes. That hash is never written to disk and cannot be turned back into your IP. Our hosting provider may keep standard request logs for its own minimum retention period.

Why we hold it

Only to contact you about the design-partner program, because you asked us to. We send no newsletters and no automated emails. We never sell or share it, and never use it for advertising.

Where it lives and who can see it

In HAIQ's database, readable only by the HAIQ team. Our hosting and database providers process it on our behalf and cannot use it for anything else.

How long we keep it

Until you become a customer, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete your details, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing hello@haiqup.ai. We'll act on it promptly and confirm when it's done.

Candidates, once v1 ships

The Verified Work Sample is not live yet. It is designed so that HAIQ holds no candidate names, emails, code, transcripts or scores. Your agent logs stay on your machine, task submissions are encrypted to a grader that deletes them after grading, and the signed score is held by you. The full data inventory, with the status of each guarantee, is in the Trust Center.

Changes

This is a draft. When it changes, we'll update the version and date above and describe the change in the Trust Center changelog.
